  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, shelled and deveined

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes

  • 1 lb pasta, cooked according to package directions

  • Parsley, minced (for garnish)

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add the bell pepper, cooking until softened and starting to caramelize. Stir in the garlic.
